Grade “B”: Chairs qualified as Grade “B” show some (1-3)cosmetic and aesthetic blemishes. These cosmetic and aesthetic blemishes are noticeable upon inspection, but do not impact the features, functions, or specifications of the chair.

Grade “C”: Chairs qualified as Grade “C” show obvious (3-5+) minor cosmetic and aesthetic blemishes, or 1 major cosmetic and aesthetic blemish. The cosmetic and aesthetic blemishes/defects do not impact the features, functions, or specifications of the chair. Chairs qualified as Grade “C” are best suited for value-oriented and budget conscious consumers wanting all the ergonomic benefits of the chair—offered at a fraction of the price.
