What is the warranty, return, and exchange policies?

Do you offer demos before purchase?

Yes—book a time to try chairs. We host by appointment in North York and Markham. Reach out via our Contact Us page to set up an appointment for a demo

Can I pick up my order?

Yes—by appointment at 147 Dolomite Dr. North York. Chairs fit across the rear seat of a 4-door sedan. We can help you load!

Do you fix and repair chairs?

Yes! We fix, repair, and service chairs from leading manufacturers including Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. Shoot us an e-mail or send us a message through our "Contact" page and we'd be happy to provide you with an estimate/quote where possible.

How long do orders take? (Lead times)

Used Chairs & Parts: ~5 business days.

Refurbished chairs: ~15 business days or better.

Headrests: ~5 business days (if in stock).

When will my order be delivered? (Date and Times)

We handle all chair deliveries in-house. Deliveries are batched with other orders in your area - this allows us to take advantage of routing efficiencies and keep our delivery fees low. All orders (or backorders) are handled on a "first in, first out" (FIFO) priority basis.

When 3rd party shipping is required, we aim to use carbon-neutral shipping vendors wherever possible. Delivery standards and estimates are provided at the time your tracking number is issued.

What’s the difference between refurbished, used, and open box?

Refurbished: new high-durability fabric, foam core revitalization, new top coat foam, cosmetic detailing, full mechanical inspection, oil/lubricant, and service.

Used: original OEM fabric, deep-cleaned/steam-disinfected, cosmetic detailing, full mechanical inspection, oil/lubricant, and service.

Open box: like-new, minimal wear, and/or supplier returns- inspected and tested.

What parts/components are used for repaired, remanufactured, and reconditioned chairs?

We strive to use OEM or OEM-grade parts/components as part of all chairs repaired, remanufactured, and reconditioned chairs. Any OEM-grade parts/components sourced must be qualified as part of our Approved Supplier List qualification process. This includes ensuring all parts/components meet ANSI/BIMFA standards for safety and reliability (where applicable), and meet product quality specification, function, and conformity checks performed by recognized registrars including SGS, BSI, TÜV Rheinland, and Intertek

Are any purchases final sale?

Never - we offer a 7-day no questions asked return policy, outlined here and also offer a 30 day "rapid exchange" if the model isn't quite right.

Do you deliver outside the GTA?

For chairs, not yet—out-of-area deliveries are case-by-case and may take longer. Atlas Headrests & select parts ship Canada-wide.

Can I schedule my pickup time?

Yes—pickups are by appointment only. We’ll contact you to book a timeslot.

Are chairs shipped assembled?

All chairs, unless otherwise stated are delivered assembled. Picking up? Chairs will fit across the back seat of a standard 4-dr sedan - we'd be happy to help you load!

Why are chairs shipped without packaging?

In line with our values, we aim to reduce (and eliminate) the use of unnecessary packaging wherever possible. We only use single use plastic and protective packaging to prevent damage to parts and components in-transit and for certain parts/components orders when handled by a 3rd party courier.

How do I choose the right Aeron size?

A/B/C size depends on height and weight. We’ll help you size in person or by message; we also have a sizing chart in our sizing blog post found here.

Which chair is best for me—Leap, Aeron, or Fern...?

We always say, "it's not about better, it's about different". It depends on your posture, body type, and tasks. Our comparison guides and in-person demos make it easy to choose.

Can I hold a chair before I buy?

We don’t hold inventory—your purchase through the GreenerPostures.ca store site reserves your unit.

Do Atlas headrests fit my chair?

We stock Atlas models for Aeron (Classic/Remastered), Steelcase Leap V2, and Haworth Fern. See each product page for compatibility.

Do Atlas headrests ship across Canada?
