Greener Postures – Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Greener Postures, we aim to make your delivery experience simple, reliable, and sustainable. All chairs are delivered fully assembled by our in-house team within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and smaller items such as headrests and parts are shipped Canada-wide.
Delivery Areas & Rates
We currently provide local delivery throughout the GTA, with flat-rate delivery fees determined by your postal code at checkout. Delivery fees apply per delivery address, regardless of the number of chairs ordered.
Local Delivery Zones (In-House Delivery):

$29 – North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan

$39 – Mississauga, Brampton, Stouffville, Newmarket, East York

$49 – Mississauga, Vaughan, Pickering, Ajax, East Gwillimbury

$59 – Toronto, Oakville, Whitby, Oshawa, Georgetown, Clarington, Uxbridge, Georgina, Milton, and surrounding areas

Out-of-Area Delivery: $99 – For addresses outside our standard zones but still within our extended delivery range. We reduce emissions by batching Out-of-Area deliveries by city. Your order may take up to 4 weeks as we schedule an efficient route.
At this time, fully assembled chairs are only available for delivery within these regions.
Shipping for Headrests & Parts
Headrests and smaller components are shipped across all provinces in Canada via Canada Post or another comparable carrier at our discretion.

Local Delivery Scheduling
For all chair deliveries, a member of the Greener Postures team will contact you once your order is ready to coordinate delivery.

Delivery appointments are typically available weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
Lead Times
Estimated order processing times:

Pre-Owned Chairs, Headrests, and Parts: Pickup/Delivery scheduling will typically occur within 5 business days.

Refurbished Chairs: Pickup/Delivery scheduling will typically occur within 15 business days.
We’ll always do our best to meet these timelines and will notify you if any unexpected delays occur.
Pickup Options
Pickup is free from any of our GTA locations (North York, Vaughan or Markham).

Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Chairs will be ready for pickup in fully assembled condition.
Damages or Delivery Issues
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us by email at info@greenerpostures.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually — we may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy on all chairs. Customers are responsible for returning chairs to one of our pickup locations.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a return pickup is requested, the refund will be reduced by the applicable delivery fee.

Exchanges
All chairs purchased through our website qualify for our Rapid Exchange program. You have 30 days to swap your chair, no questions asked. If you find another chair (available and in stock) that you’d prefer, submit a request via our Contact Page. We’ll arrange a rapid exchange and charge or credit any price difference to your original payment method. Additional delivery fees may apply.
